About 100-200 m to the beach. 

The pool is a bit small.

Needs insect control as there are a lot of ants in the room.

The sink feels like it is going to fall soon. Please reinforce below it so that it will not hurt anyone. 

The toilet needs some scrubbing with bleach. 

Restaurants are probably 1-2 km away.

1. Good location. Not far from WTC and Pakeeza.

2. Parking available nearby. 6 am - 6 am for RM5 about 100-200 m away. Parking near is a bit difficult.

1. Aircon not cold.

2. Wifi very slow

3. Entering the door can be difficult because of the outdated card system.

4. Toilets need a bit of scrubbing or refurbishment.
